1 – One exhibition stand of 10 m² will be provided to the company during the conference (4 full days), equipped with table, chairs and posters support, power electricity, garbage disposal, daily cleaning of common areas, 24 hour security.
2 – A place for one display board will be available on visible place.
3 – The logo of the company with advertising pages (provided by the company) will be displayed on BALWOIS Web Sites www.balwois.com/2010 and www.balwois.com .
4 – The logo of the company and one or two A4 advertising page (provided by the company) will be published on all BALWOIS 2010 materials, papers and publications (CD, Book, etc.).
5 – Free access for the official ceremonies, cocktail and official dinner as well as to all meeting rooms and field trip for one company representative.
