Address by RCC Secretary General, Goran Svilanovic, at the South East Europe Investment Committee Ministerial Conference

The opening address has been delivered at the conference held on 21 November 2013.

Mr Svilanovic in its speech mentioned how this Strategy can have a potential role in shaping the economic governance of the region. It is a regional strategy, but it envisions action at the national level. The Strategy foresees the development of national SEE 2020 agendas.
