Results. The environmental data (contents of heavy metals and BTEX in the region) was obtained. The results from the monitoring of mineral waters and electromagnetic screening were analyzed. The ability to use the observed geomedical factors in the management of Wellbeing and medical SPA services in Bulgaria was estimated. A good comparison between the proposed model an existing one in Austria was detected.
